Inessa-Pierina is the Now and Forever Queen of Cheluli, one of the Crown Dominion’s peer queens. Cheluli is a full royal seat, one of the five royal houses remaining under the Imperial Accord after Zuberi’s extinction.

The Dominion’s balance depends on multiple Now and Forever Queens rotating the empress role and massing fleets at Kelowan. Inessa is the major mindline queen of Cheluli, and one of the votes that decides which way the Accord leans when Helena-Thyra pushes the hardline.
