Commander Radwarno leads Verak fleet elements at Kelowan. Helena-Thyra orders him to capture the Diligent once the Engine crisis breaks — a capture that fails when Finn’s ZPZ/anchor escape accelerates the arkship away.
Capture order and miss
Thyra prefers Finn taken alive for narrative control of the “human rebel” story. The Diligent’s Engine-boosted departure forces a kill-order shift. Radwarno is also sent after the Diligent alongside Asahi-Iryna.
